Mandatory Rules - All Rentals, All Parks
No Donuts
Donuts are the #1 cause of rollovers and injuries in UTVs. No donuts are permitted at any time. If caught performing donuts, your ride will be ended immediately with no refunds.
Waiver Requirements
All riders must sign a waiver for rental and a separate waiver for the park. Both are mandatory before riding.
Damage Deposit Policy
A $500 refundable damage deposit is required at vehicle pickup. This deposit is fully refunded if the vehicle is returned without damage beyond normal wear and tear. If damage occurs, repair costs will be deducted from the deposit. Any repair costs exceeding $500 will be invoiced separately and must be paid within 14 days.
General Safety Rules
Helmets and Safety Gear
Helmets and protective gear are strongly suggested for your safety and comfort, though not required to rent with Trailblaze USA.
Stay on Designated Trails
All rental vehicles must remain on marked trails. Going off-trail damages the environment and is prohibited.
Respect Speed Limits
Observe posted speed limits and ride at a safe speed for conditions. Slow down on blind corners and near other riders.
Environmental Responsibility
Pack out all trash, stay on trails to prevent erosion, and respect wildlife. We are dedicated to appropriate off-road behaviors.
No Alcohol or Drugs
Operating any off-road vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and illegal.

- ✓Provide exact location using trail markers
- ✓Stay with injured person until help arrives
